I make solid income, but if it all goes out randomly I don’t want to be in a pickle for bills.I’m working on sorting how much I need to have in reserve savings and then how much a month is viable to put towards a property.Quote from @Chris Seveney: @Ben StanleyI would assume you get zero revenue from anyone else and be able to afford the home yourself by getting qualified at a local lenderIf you are solely relying on someone else as well without a reserve your level of risk just increased significantly

You can also take a podcast and take out top 5 things from that episode and use it for marketing.We last year moved everything over to microsoft which has copilot, so all our meetings are in teams which it transcribes the calls and using copilot if someone says "chris send an email to jamie by friday" it will auto create a task for me so I do not need to go in and create it.Regarding lead gen/tracking, copilot can see our CRM and who we have touched base with and who we have not to re engage or engage with them.
