If your realtor has been incompetent, dishonest, or abusive (all which I have encountered myself), it still is not permissible; there are professional standards of cooperation that torment all of us when dealing with those who can be challenging. 

The frauds and scammers that promote dishonest dealings have done nothing to help the unlicensed brokering activities space:)2.

I also had to sue a fellow licensed contractor (general builder) who hired us to do a full repaint of a house and then try to not pay us for a beautifully done job (also the builder had stiffed the plumber and an electrical company, their checks had bounced).So all in all, I’ve seen good and bad customers and contractors, and honest and dishonest customers and contractors.

Misleading sellers is dishonest.

@Casey Caton I'm pretty sure I introduced myself to you in another thread a few days ago, but I am a realtor in Fort smith.

Even now, during our epic run up, there are several ponzi schemes and dishonest managers that get caught every month.Been investing more with larger asset managers, private equity, VC, and various businesses.

Seems you have a dishonest realtor.
