I also had to sue a fellow licensed contractor (general builder) who hired us to do a full repaint of a house and then try to not pay us for a beautifully done job (also the builder had stiffed the plumber and an electrical company, their checks had bounced).So all in all, I’ve seen good and bad customers and contractors, and honest and dishonest customers and contractors.
