I agreed with your notion that agents can be trash, but at what point do you stop blaming other agents for not helping you, the way YOU want to be helped, and look at yourself and ask, "How can i approach this differently and get a better result?"

I think he filled for bankruptcy before the age of 30 because he was very heavily leveraged and the market turned on him.I agree with the notion of not borrowing for consumer debt, but leveraging, when it makes sense, for business and real estate purposes.
