Just don't want to get to April 15th and have a heart attack, don't mind paying taxes just don't want to do something stupid and pay way more than required.

@Jon Holdman, The links are really not meant for you:)I did found them helpful to understand the root infestation problem in sewer pipes and just listed for reference for other BP newbies like me who might be looking for some insights on what it entails to attack these kind of issues!

And just to make sure you're aware, a ton of Baltimore City online services are at a standstill due to a ransomware attack, so pretty much any and all real estate transactions are at a standstill until it's dealt with.I'm also curious: if you're from Virginia, why are you farming in Baltimore?

its only on paper.. so hopefully with that high of leverage after reserves etc.. you have some extra cash each month and you can for instance attack taht 139k and get it paid off.. if its a heloc.. then U use that Heloc to pay cash and refi..
