The Columbus market has been kickin' butt this year, but am I noticing a slow down for winter/holidays? 

They seem like good tenants so I’d like to avoid them moving out especially with the slower winter months coming.

It is coming up on Winter, do I need to get this done ASAP before cooler weather sets in?  

They get hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but that is just a personal buying preference for me. 

(I did almost a week of pre-winter maintenance up there). 

Fall and winter are definitley slower and a better time to buy than spring and summer.

I'm assuming for the moment that it would be operated only during "the season" of roughly half the year and winterized the rest of the time and that while the units were occupied, utilities could total $700/month.4.

Hello BP Community,In advance of the first snow fall we are looking for a landscaper or snow removal company to contract with to shovel/salt our multi unit properties in Chicago this 2017-2018 winter season. 

The roof is new and looks good on the surface, but all this added weight can't be good, especially in winter with the weight of snow/ice.

I will have free time over winter break and I am wondering if it is worth while to become a licensed real estate agent.
