A lot of huge, worldwide manufacturers are headed there because they have that lowest energy costs in the world.

They unloaded their Risk position to the unsuspecting Public, who Buys this crap, again Worldwide, thinking that the Monthly Income is Safe until the next Trigger that causes, the Worldwide downturn in all the Economies.

Milwaukee is a great city and there are pockets of great neighborhoods all around that hold amazing opportunity for any investor worldwide. 

Information is easy to come by with the world wide web, paying up front costs should raise a red flag. 

I personally am not a fan of providing the world wide public with my net numbers, even on a singular facility.
