I do have a large workshop with a two post lift and three cars that I am working on. 

I'm thinking groups from BSSM and community (womens, mens, youth, music workshops, artists, crafts, health & wellness, etc.) family reunions, business groups, holidays, wedding parties, etc. 

We have much more reasonable pricing here than Boston, Cambridge and north.If you're thinking about buy & hold, I suggest contacting Mass Housing to attend one of their landlord workshops so you can get a good handle on the landlord/tenant laws here.Having owned a business there for 11 years, I know Randolph pretty well and would suggest that if you want to invest there, you look toward North Randolph. 

MAREIA one of the local REI associations  is having a workshop tomorrow (Saturday 3/16) on apartment investing. 

There are also opportunities of  workshops and "Special speaker/topics"  for a small fee. 

I did some poking around on the assessors website and found that the assessed 2342 sqft is including an enclosed patio and a workshop.

In addition to the bigger pockets group, if you check out Meetup.com there are quite a few in Tokyo for buying real estate as a foreigner and I believe they occasionally have workshops and such.
