All damage from a Category 4 Hurricane has been mitigated - wow that was fast, almost biblical speed - you must have had Jesus, Moses and Noah (or the almighty) on speed dial for that one.

Those will be tough to cash flow though.Or you can go to HCAD.org and do a search for smaller apts, I think there's a 4-20 unit category. 

@Charles Soper, wow, that's unfortunate, but hopefully the media doesn't decide to focus in on these cases as examples of "investor slumlords" and place all investors under this category as they've done in the past.
