And I don't say that unkindly, just that you have to adjust your mindset and expectations or you will land in more trouble and with greater expense than the eviction fees you envision.

If they are installment loans with negative remarks, it may be a positive impact because they accounts will be closed and your credit will not be affected by the negative remarks.
