If it is out of state, you can't expect everyone to do everything for you, and then expect that they will do a thorough and unbiased job when they have a financial incentive to close the deal.

@Leo Qu welcome to the site.Because of my business interests I would not be able to give you a truly unbiased opinion on Cleveland vs Springfield.I'd recommend flying out to both areas & meeting the local teams & seeing the areas then choosing who your most comfortable with.

This is an unbiased opinion.

I'm willing to invest in his blue print but I'm looking for some unbiased reviews. 

Even if you are trained in that field it is probably best to get another set of unbiased eyes on the property.Better to spend a few hundred up front for peace of mind, then be blindsided by a thousands of dollars in repairs later.

You'll never know (unless you have some unbiased 3rd party data) about their strategy, what their plans were 2 years ago, etc.  

I think the house has potential if it's lower price, I shouldn't have put that high You get an unbiased realtor to help get accurate comps (if you feel you need help with it).
