@Rajagopalarao Paidi  some areas of the country it is perfectly normal for foundation issues given the soil types and building techniques of the time.

I believe WWC and my goals are aligned, however with these high upfront fees, it appears the general partners would do well with or without the asset performing, which risk is there with potential market correction coming.And, I see what you mean, WWC seems to be doing well with their system, so they may be squeezing more juice on deals now b/c they deliver for their investors.

Seems like we’ve been wrong in this endeavor as much or more than we’ve been correct.  

We always use one in Florida, and taking the correct actions now is cheaper and faster than anything else. 

Susan your cardinal points are off a little  39209 is WEST Jackson and your correct that is the worst part of town. 

He was able to correct the county on one part of the law when they originally questioned the dates.

You're correct in assuming most agents work through showingtime and/or StreetEasy.

If the tenant violates the lease in other ways by how the treat the property issue them a notice to correct and if they don't correct the issue you COULD try to evict, BUT I would make sure the issue is VERY VERY clear cut because I have trouble believing a magistrate will allow an eviction for petty things or something that isn't 110% clear to everyone involved.
