Strange request - I finished drafting a Lease Agreement (See Attached below) to rent out vacant rooms in my house and seek input on it. 

Which is very strange as other condos in the same residential complex got sold, even the ones that got listed after my listing and priced more than my listing.I finally gave up trying to save some money and reached out to a realtor (with traditional fees) and he informed me that I need to cancel the contract with the Flat fee service first.

Did you notice something strange in those recurrent extensions?

Seems strange, but it is what it is.

Broker and escrow then asked for permission to show the buyer my email, which I thought was strange... but before I could get any feedback from my attorney, the broker sent a "notice to perform" from the buyer. 

I know I am asking for a bit too much, but strange things happen in life.

This market is a strange one and requires flexibility with regards to one's strategy.

Get rid of the LLC and increase your insurance if you are a worry wart, or get blanket insurance.It is very strange in regards to how we humans figure out the truth after the poop hits the fan.
