Sponsor sporting events, etc...

Does anyone have performance experience with STR properties close to major sports venues. 

Unplug and relax in the recreational haven of nearly all outdoor sports!

But I don't know anyone that plays tennis anymore.The sport court tiles were much cheaper than 21k when I priced them out for pickleball size at one of our places.

You're obviously still close to downtown too but these days I don't spend much time down there, hopefully that'll change if/when sports come back. 

I played sports my entire life mostly football I played for 7 years, and now I play pick up basketball more then anything.

I know a lot of people CLAIM that title but I look around at the congress and see people who voted for TWO UNFUNDED WARS, for an UNFUNDED MEDICARE EXPANSION/BIG PHARMA SUBSIDY, for two UNFUNDED TAX CUTS.At the local level I see pols who claim the title but then vote for giveaways for SPORTS STADIUMS, privatizing government functions (trash collection, parking meters, road building) and then allow the monopolies that buy those functions UNLIMITED AUTHORITY TO RAISE RATES.If you know of ONE give me their name.Frank
