Mostly 1-2 bed apartments but some homes.  

She gave up, vacated, left a mess & a $4,000 sleep number bed/mattress that she still owes for.

Those algorithms compare homes based on general location, size, # of beds/baths, age, etc.

It took us approximately 9-months to turn this around from design / permitting to construction complete.After performing market research, I identified a lack of 3 bed 2 bath apartments in the market. 

Has a great backyard and very standard inside units with two beds + 1 bath and great south-facing windows.

Since we manage many large (8,9, 10 BR) homes onsite laundry is incredibly time consuming for so many beds.

These facilities require licensed beds.

The so-called "non-forfeiture" options.The only thing not guaranteed in a whole life policy are the dividends.Also, the "borrowing your own money" idea has been put to bed many times in this forum.

It is a nice home, but you are likely limited with who will rent a 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome for $4200 a month. 

This is nothing new and has been going on for many, many decades, with vacation rentals, hotels, bed & breakfasts, etc.
