Tenants not paying- tenants destroying ur freshly remodeled property- furnace needs replacedgetting sued- plumbing in a fully occupied 4 plex is backed up snake cant get through, house sits on a slab, and u have to dig up concrete in apartment to replace cast iron while u have 4 families screaming at you.

Nothing screams "Hey, empty house with new stuff" like having old carpet, appliances and paint cans sitting in the driveway.I've found it helps to be friendly, even try to meet the neighbors rather than have an adversarial relationship right off the bat.If they don't like you, I doubt it's because you're white.
