RE exposure will be there, just not this large allocation that BP thinks. yea and they are not stupid either because they know each local RE has more dependencies to supply-demand dynamics rather than interest rate alone.this is why even for hedge fund, they only purchase in certain area in bay area only like in cupertino or sunnyvale where it's good school district and next to Apple.

It will spark conversations with people you didn't even think would have an interest in your services.You may be able to find a deal or 2 within your own sphere of influence.I see that you're a school principal so as long as it doesn't conflict with your position, I'd imagine that you have a lot of folks around you who trust you and your judgment.

I just graduated from UVA a year ago, and I initially had a W2 job.

In every metric of value US is declining but hey, were super diverse, kids can identify as a furry and schools are putting litter boxs in bathrooms for em yeah-us right.

Maybe you went to school, or used to work in another area that you know really well.

They do offer weekly classes and etc but I feel that the way it's set up it's designed for you to do more schooling then actual bidding.

It is also shouldering an elementary school as well.

🤦‍♂️Quick story: In 2011, after several months of searching, I found a decent, brick side-by-side duplex in a B+ neighborhood with a good school district.

Bloomfield schools are not the best, though some of the elementary schools are quite nice.
