At the same time, the satellite areas are alive and growing solidly -- there are a number of  Dekalb County areas wanting to incorporate their own little cities, and further out, metro suburban like Peachtree City and Dunwoody are thriving, related to but also somewhat independent of Atlanta proper.

Why dish out money if you're already good at it?

A Silicon Valley telecom firm doing business in the city needs an SF address to do business here, so they use it as a satellite office, and it gets very little physical use.

On move-in day we surprise the new tenant with a move-in gift package of our favorite cleaning products in a cleaning bucket, a new cutting board, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, paper towels, disinfectant cleaning wipes, dish washing liquid or dishwasher detergent.

Beyond the standard furnishings, like bed, desk, dishes, etc etc etc, there will be two bathrooms each with a shower, a shared kitchen and shared laundry.
