Appreciation is pretty much capped at this point outside of the higher end area such as the milk district, Thornton Park, etc.

Guess what, today one of those silver quarters **STILL** can buy a gallon of gas.How someone can hold onto $usd vs. actual money (gold) seems crazy to me (outside of obvious liquidity needs as I understand the challenge of going to the store and buying a gallon of milk with a gold shaving.)

I just received a call from an attorney who is apparently representing them and it looks like they are trying to milk the process and go to court so they can reside in the apartment rent free for now.I am anticipating hiring an attorney, but any insight would be appreciated.

Sprinkler heads broken, areas of the yard were totally dead (They later admitted they placed things on the grass so a 9 feet x 5 ft section only had dirt left, and the grass around the fence gate were gone due to traffic of dragging the trash and recycle bins.

So, we open the cabinet, and drop trash / recycling down and it falls right into the actual containers we take out to the curb each week. 

Then immediately (if possible) they would give me a second mortgage (or buy an interest in it in a different way if needed) for the 50K I originally but in which I could then 'recycle' into the next one.

A stop for gas, bread and milk often leads the customer to remember they also need coffee and orange juice (whatever) and then they head to the main store a few hundred feet away.

The last thing you need to do is have them form an opinion of you as the new "jerk" landlord that wants to milk them for more money and move in next door.

Once they discover you're a weak landlord, whos to say they dont decide to milk the situation and stay a few more months for free.
