@Jordan Sachs, I think there has generally been good advice here, but I think one fine but perhaps important point might be getting lost.

Brian from AHP Serving reached out to me today, and showed me where I was in fact receiving my distributions.

I have spoken to lender and amount is fine.

I'm fine with the money down and shorter term but the higher rates and the ARM I am not a fan of in general.  

Clearly, you wouldn't be comfortable investing there and that's totally fine.

Maybe Eagle Rock is fine.  

When going before public meetings with your proposals, drug, alcohol, and half way houses for former incarcerated, receive the most scrutiny.

All that means is you need more patience - and if you're looking for a summer move and making a gameplan in December you'll be just fine.
