I am reading a lot myself and have been wondering if there is a list somewhere on BP where all the books that have been recommended are listed.If such a list does not exist I wonder how hard it would be for a software wizard to create a tool the looks at the podcast show notes, grabs the book titles, authors and who recommended them and then publish it as an ongoing resource.

The intent of sharing that information is to help us all remain aware of potential implications as we continue monitoring trends (such as the release that was published today stating that Tyson Foods is suspending operations at multiple plants).

They can publish a 100 page cleaning guide if you want to, but nobody is going to change their cleaning practices.

I read that same article when it was published and also thought it was quite interesting. 

Unless your market is really slow, you're usually better off holding out for  someone interested in moving in earlier.My written, published policy is that I will hold a unit vacant for one week.
