Youtube channel for the property that you upload tours for you guests but also will spread out to YouTube watchers.I can go on for days but I will say losing that amount of money on an STR is tough to swallow.

Agree with everyone and won't be sharing financials until they tour and or provide pre approval/POF.  

Have you toured rented properties to observe the types of tenants who are living in the units?

Are you only doing private money are you doing asset based/traditional as well?
