I suppose this is where this would get tough in the higher end homes with what would be generally a more sophisticated seller .. than a seller on a 100k home that is prevalent. 

I imagine that there is a blend of both, but which is more prevalent?

Hi @Kirsten Crotts,In our market house hacking is something that's becoming more and more prevalent as the prices continue to increase. 

You can convert a property that is zoned as multi into a single family residence and this is becoming more prevalent in up and coming areas.

The impact of millennials, specifically the emergence of the sharing economy, is prevalent across America.

These properties are much more prevalent which leads me to my questions.

As far as seller finance goes, it is out there and it will likely be more prevalent with our market heading in the direction it is.

So 2-4 units are not as prevalent as other cities.
