Comparing what I do and what you do is like comparing apples and oranges, but I park my capital in less liquid assets including precious metals, one crypto, and real estate (my primary).

Once my wealth grows to where I want it then I will start diversifying in precious metals, uranium, commodities adn blue chip stocks after a correction. 

By the way, for my first step in this real estate adventure, I am not looking to flip, but to live in one condo and rent out the other after some remodeling.I'm really frustrated as I could make this payment in my sleep, but everything seems so rigid that no one is thinking outside the box.Thank you in advance to anyone taking their precious time and consideration in helping me figure this out.All the best to everyone in your endeavors!

I use batch skip, there are a few other go to’s and I would not use any manual function as it eats up your precious dialing time- That strikes me as too high for VAs.

We also get applicants that come in looking flashy (expensive purses and shoes, wearing a lot or jewelry, driving an expensive car), and oftentimes they are seriously unqualified.

And am terrified of spending and losing precious resources and time learning how to get pre foreclosures, delinquent tax and sub to..Where would one find the best mentor/ partner to split all my deals with that they assist me on?

As some other great investor said your cash is precious don't loose it make it grow so it can the make other cash grow. once its gone its gone and you have to go back to a JOB to start over...Best of luck.

But if the answer is no, I would strongly consider delegating and dedicating your precious time to something else you love to do.

I have lived all over the world but my favorite as a adult was :  My Victorian Hobby farm in NY along the shores of Lake Onterio, for 14 yrs I lived happily where i raised one obnoxious precious teenage girl who is no longer with us and 3 horses, chickens, peacocks, ducks, dogs and cats.
