My experience with friends/some clients is get their numbers via whatever method you can and reach out via the phone.

I called and emailed Nomad daily and could not reach a live person, even in an emergency.

Anything beyond that is going to take some blocking and tackling (reaching out directly to local companies like solar farms, construction, medical staffing agencies, etc.).

I'm sure people would pay extra for some kind of "meal prep/private chef" type package in their living situation.You've got the right idea thought, but don't be afraid to reach...nothing wrong with dropping your price after a couple weeks if you don't get any interest.  

The CPAs and EAs I see on BP are exceptional so make sure you reach out to and chat with a few of them too before making a decision. 

I've talked with some other investors who had bad experiences with other agents and reading some of the stories here makes it even clearer the right team is paramount.If you decide to look at West Michigan feel free to reach out and I'll give you any data you need.  

If you don't have any connections here, find people that are investors here and reach out to them for a referral (whether on here or FB).

If people reach out to me and want me to coach them or to partner up with me then I will make money.
