Even if it is not visible from the ground the property inspector should note it and photo it for the home buyer (assuming they get a home inspection when purchasing the property) Just my two cents...

This is something I plan to do myself when I start renting, plus including an overlay showing from which angle each listing photo was taken.Also one inside one of the kitchen cabinets to help illustrate what size the furnace filter is, what type of battery the garage door open, thermostat, and whatever else takes, where the water shut off valves are, etc.

The interior paneling was usually a 3/16 inch photo finished veneer very light weight and the exterior siding was aluminum which was also very lightweight.

I couldn't see anything that looks like clock wiring in these pictures that were sent to me either, although I'm not exactly sure what clock morning specifically looks like everything in the photos that was sent to me seemed like normally insulated wires.It is comforting to hear that that isn't exactly a normal occurrence though, I don't have and insurance company that I am loyal to at the moment since this is the first property I'm purchasing and I plan to do some more insurance shopping after purchasing this one, timing is just getting tired at the moment foreclosing.I hope to have an update from another insurance company tomorrow morning

I like using rentometer and craigslist to gauge averages in a specific area - craigslist is a good resource as people generally include photos so you can see what kind of quality the unit is.
