Locate an investor friendly agent that is willing to send you updates regarding listings in your farm area.

I've seen some distressed properties in my farm areas of DFW that have RE agents assigned to them.  

Farming is the primary industry and although I can stay plenty busy here remodeling investing here just doesn't make sense.
