Hi Anish,Thanks for your messageI have no doubt.Genuine turn key outfits offer B class products at 15% net with their own profit margins in the asking price.If one does not buy turn key and has a great foothold on the ground they can achieve the quoted figures with minimum risk.

If it is via a hub/gateway connected to the Internet, you can probably find an outfit to read them and bill (since they can be anywhere).If your meters have a remote reading that requires a reader at the curb/outside the building, you can acquire your own reader and bill yourself ... probably not cost effective for a duplex, unless you plan to sub-meter more buildings.Alternatively, you can manually read them yourself and bill your tenants.

I've found if you talk with the commercial / contractor depts at Home Depot and Lowes, you can usually get some great discounts and great financing on appliances, especially if you are outfitting two units.
