I'd also really appreciate any thoughts on choosing a big national bank vs. a smaller organization, as well as advice on how to filter through banking options to find a good fit. 

Bottom line; Brokers need to earn their fee - and if that requires showing the property 20 times a day and drafting numerous contracts and reviewing potential Buyers I feel that should be part of the job... 

Local or National Expert - There are certain areas of the country and property types where the most advantageous place to seek financing will be with a local lender or recommended area mortgage broker.

However, there is alot of new developments in the area to include the Ai Super Computer, Bucce's gas station (This is national traveler attraction), the Blue Oval, and also lots of other developments but these are the recent highlights.

Looking at the entire nation for the top markets is great, but do you have the bandwidth to set up teams in those areas?

So one does want to check into that.. most of your really big so called national lenders will have licenses in many states but NONE of them are licensed in All states. 

Even the gut job properties are listed and go pending very quickly because there is a lot of money to be made in the region.Albany - There is an area in Albany that is convenient to both numerous hospitals and colleges.

I expect MKE prices long term (10 years) to at least increase to the national average, there is really no reason why Milwaukee should not get there based on a current trajectory as well as infrastructure spending and re-development we are seeing downtown.We have seen consistent appreciation never below 6%, but also never over 8% over the last 9 years, which basically means median prices have doubled.

I have yet to see a free course be anything worthwhile but there are some that are relatively cheap for what they give you.I personally am a mid 6 figure earner & have been in land for 8 years now.I have numerous course, including Bosch's.
