This platform is a great site to be on because of all of the resources.

Yall have provided invaluable resources along with an open code format for real estate investors - of whatever experience - to come together and support each other like no other platform I know. 

The one drawback to this platform is people and their strong opinions that like to draw very strong assumptions Unfortunately, you fell into that category.

ACH bank to bank and zelle  not through a third party platform I believe are the only ones not currently slated to issue 1099s since it is bank to bank but if you get audited the government will look at those as well. 

The platform is certainly useful in the prime package ($297/mo.).
