You also won't be evicting under a lease, you may need to foreclose.Lastly, what a buyer or optionee is purchasing in any type of option contract, is the right to purchase at the market value agreed today, what they are buying with that option price is the market appreciation over the term of the option, that is the value of an option, it's not just a right to purchase as a buyer mat have in a purchase agreement.

Again, I wouldn't do that, it just opens the door to perform under the contract and sending some wiggle room contract is just Mickey Mouse dealing, IMO. :)
