The income is Social Security, VA benefit (military spouse of a veteran who passed away) and a civil service check.

Not yet...I will be getting out of the military in Jul and plan on staying part time for 1-2 years before going full time.

Finally, I would look to make real cuts to our budget and everything would be open for discussion, including military spending, social programs, etc.

BTW, my wife is in the military and we qualify for a VA loan as well.

While I agree with the above replies, this property is located in a military town(Ft Hood) and it does happen where people want to rent sight unseen.
