If one was going to go into this I think you would want some serious capital behind you a team in place and go at it.Unfortunately I personally had to foreclose on about 200 loans I had out in 08 09 melt down...  

Had candle warmers and put melted wax down all the drains and put potatoes under and in any and every nook and cranny.

Mammoth, because it often stays below freezing all day, does not get the melt that results in the ice and results in the slush (at least not until spring skiing). 

The problem is paying off a mortgage early.Once you send that  extra principal payment it is gone forever out of your control.Ask some investors that lost property's back in the melt down if they wish they would of payed more principal back.

By having everyone speaking different languages, it does more to segregate our country than make us a "melting pot", we need a "common" language, and English should be it. 

Basement will get water through sewer when lots of rain mixed with snow melt.

I almost chose Killeen as my next market but realized it's too hot there for me there (roughly six months of really hot weather = Karl B. would melt)!

This made her angry and now she wants us to water proof her basement because a very small amount of water passes to the drain during heavy rains and snow melt (no standing water at all). 

We had a microwave/oven combo that was totally destroyed and had to be replaced (never cleaned, internal coating melted off and rusted).
