I've finally made the decision to get into the market to Build to Rent.

I used to think that cold calling was the only way to get off-market deals.

I have been very successful in helping clients acquire Airbnb homes and creating themes and uniqueness for their homes to be more appealing and marketable.

I still have a full-time job, but my goal is to start with 1-2 flips/year for the first couple of years, then ramp up to 5+/year.Right now, I’m focused on learning as much as possible—market analysis, deal sourcing, estimating rehab costs, and raising capital.

To find value on residential 1-4 unit properties you could ask your realtor to run comps or complete a CMA(Comparative Market Analysis) on a subject property once you find it.or you can find the value on your own.We use prop stream to run comps. 

Help, I have a friend who wants to play the stock market and I don't know how to talk him out of it!

I've heard great things about the Columbus market.

Plus how did he go there he must live there or close so your only working one market.
