Having a problem tenant and dealing with eviction could happen in any market.

Focus on learning market trends, property valuation, and different investment strategies.

Look at all the population growth, job growth, and companies moving/developing here - it's absolutely blowing up and Columbus is one of the hottest markets in the entire US. 

It is not that good at the price point of DC or in my market (but better than my market).  

Pushing into other, close-by, markets is the best (and maybe only) way to make it work.
