Massive dehumidifiers are filling with at least 3-4 gallons of water daily - we can't rent until a slew of multi thousand dollar repairs are completed.We were told that the dehumidifiers the sellers had in the house were only used during the spring when snowmelt was very bad. 

We ended up refiling several of those returns and saving thousands.  

Once we got possession of the house we literally had to wear respirators to be able to enter the house the cat urine smell was so strong.  

Is it too much to think that he would proactively tell me when the stairs are literally crumbling and the gutter is falling off the side of the house?!

They literally had me come up with $5000 extra 3 days before close and said the VP of finance simply made a mistake.Now I'm getting a $3500 sidewalk assessment.

Mold is literally everywhere, including the air outside.

I would use a service such as vacationrentaldesk.com for this.A direct booking is no more risky than a booking through VRBO or Airbnb; they aren’t verifying identity, either.In fact, my own company has taken thousands of reservations over 19 years, and we don’t verify identity.  

I personally have dumped thousands of dollars in renting these units over the years and have seen townhomes filled on a weekly basis.
