Many, if not most investors and Realtors don't really deal in good faith, such as low ball offers without justification for the lower price offered, those that throw offers out just to see what might stick.

As I understand what is happening on the lenders side - they do this:Use either what is owed or some 'fair-market value' number to put the house up for sale.Get an offer for a potential buyer.Take that offer to their "committee" / underwriters / whatever they call it for approval.The approval committee has no arbitrary power and no knowledge of property values - so they have to cover-their-*** with paperwork justifications for all their 'decisions'.

Account Closed,Actually, no - I'm NOT against what you do ...... well, except maybe for the generalizations.Yes - there will always be shysters looking for easy money, and "professional litigants" who think its an honorable way to make a living instead of earning an honest dollar.I don't see that as a justification for not doing what the law allows in terms of guarding your assets.Not everyone who implements asset protection is thief, a cheat or a liar.As I've said numerous times and will always say: nothing is 100%.

I've had to turn folks down simply because of too many inquiries over a 1,2,3 month period, no one wants to underwrite the guy, assuming there must be issues and it's a pain in the azz trying to build justifications as to why.
