When I told him that they were under contract with me and had been for several weeks he said this was the first he had heard.The reason being he had not heard anything is this woman has entered a contract with me because she is a foster parent and is hoping to foster more children at my residence she currently fosters 4 and wants to move up to 6 foster kids.

I would rent to them indefinitely if they turn up being cool though.My big concern is with foster children if things landlord tenant relationship are bad with them in the house and I do issue a notice of non-renewal what would be the likelihood of an eviction if they refuse to leave.

Although it cant be a corporation, you can take advantage of the provision even if you, yourself, are not the first-time homebuyer, since the first-time homebuyer can be the IRA owner, his or her spouse, or any of their children, grandchildren or ancestors.or are you asking this regarding the FHA loan?
