Is anyone seeing more innovative housing?

I'm not sure you realize it but that last chart you posted is trying to highlight how recovery times have dropped and that innovation is to thank for it. 

Yes, meetings in Nov and Dec will be moved to different dates those months due to holidays- updates will be posted as it gets closer, but definitely check in a few weeks before. 

Those who adapt to the demands of online consumers, however, will see the most success because they will be delivering a better experience, and those experiences will lead to positive ratings, and ratings, as you know today, are the next generation of online gold.If you haven’t begun implementing more technology in your business, I highly encourage you to start now.Efficiency isn’t something you will see right away by adopting innovative platforms because there will be a learning curve, but once it becomes part of your business process, it certainly will change for the better.

After finally selecting an applicant Who was supposed to move in Nov, 1,2018 they have said they haven't put in their 30 day notice yet so can not move in until Nov 20th.

I'm waiting on the dividend supposed to be distributed this month in Nov 2018.

It certainly hasn't been the ideal time for me to start my own financing company as well, but you find better niches and you adapt and/or innovate.   

I’m seeing duplex’s in the metro listed for $700k, being bought in days just because it shines, with income not even nearly matching.Work with a good realtor, network at events and find a good team, differentiate your market study, and find other innovative ways to source deals.PM me if you want to bounce around ideas.
