The click on / locking type seems like what most investors use, but repairs seem difficult without having to re-do a large area. 

Do you have a plan in place for the re-lease?

The negative cash flow of your RE gives me no concern.

Basically at 20 years, investors would have 16 properties in RE portfolio, with approximately $14 - $24 Million in the account. 

Do I need to RE- invest $750k in worth of real estate) or just the $400k of proceeds in real estate?  

I am new to RE investing, and hoping to tap the collective power of this awesome group in starting my RE journey.
