Hey everyone, if anyone is interested there is a cool video out about group overlanding the entire Smokey Mountain 1000 trail.

There weren’t any cool websites and I didn’t know anyone that owned 2 houses, much less a rental property.

   =)  there were rehab loans available for a while for 0% interest, which was cool... but there was a cap on the number of properties you could own and be eligible for, which i was above.so we need some kind of catalyst or incentive. 

It would be cool to make some kind of API to access all the various data. 

So everyone is asking for the new 2023 version because the 2022 version is no longer compliant VeryThat's actually very cool, did not know that (obviously).

It sounds like he started from the bottom working on construction sites and stuff so it's cool to see someone do really well like that. 

Would also be interested, still not 100% sure what a mastermind consists of but I think I get the general idea and it seems like a cool way to bounce ideas off a tighter knit group.

I highly recommend managing them yourself, at least the bill paying, tenant screening, rent collecting aspects, and finding reliable plumbers and heating/cooling people- these are the services you'll use the most.
