I have a rare collection of plants I will make a garden and some people drive along ways just to get pics of them example Victoria Amozonica.I will rent out 10 of the rooms and list them with a travel agency and offer pick up at airport.

However, I'm still inclined to use handymen, unlicensed workers for simple jobs like gardening, simple landscape improvements, interior paint (single story, low ceilings only), drywall repairs, etc.
