I was in town and the burglar alarm went off in a jewelry store and the police were running in with guns drawn.My son and I crouched down behind a metal mailbox, which was the best shelter in the area, but everyone else on the strreet wandered closer so they could see better.

You can see any dents or cracks coming up through slightly, but it's no big deal as any wood or faux wood floor would typically be in much worse shape.

I'll agree that vertical blinds are generally garbage, but I've installed the faux-wood plantation blinds in all my rentals and have never had a single tenant break/destroy/damage them in any way.

This is one of the biggest mistakes I see whether residential or commercial.Buyers go cheap on the inspections and get pounded later on with wiped out cash flow.Any property I want to know the vintage of when it was built.

Under 1 percent is too thin in my opinion unless this is an amazing area.The unit mix will affect potential appreciation for resale demand and certain vintage years of construction will have way more issues and expenses.
