@Kris Bennett  The majority are service providers on the buildings 10,000sqft or less(HVAC, plumbers, mechanics, industrial cleaning company, equipment rental stores, etc.) with some light manufacturing mixed in.

One of our neighbors did replace his entire system & then after the $15k install they had to rip out the entire leech field again as the kid running the heavy equipment drove over it crushing all the leech field chambers!!!
