I do have a clause in the garage rental that says they can't store things that are hazardous, explosive, grow plants, keep animals, weird stuff like that.How do you separate/split the area between the tenants, (assume there are no existing barriers or dividers)?

We also have a lot of plant workers coming into our area, plus apparently, we have a strong market for rentals in general.Mine are all located in parks that we have to pay lot rent on. 

I plant to rent out my basement so..the longer i wait, the more $ i dont make.
