Government funded vs. private funded....But then, that's why we're all independant investors and entrepreneurs right?

For the last 2.5 years I worked for a land development/construction company until I was recently laid off.I have an inner entrepreneur that is dying to bust out and take my experience to the next level.

Program instructions are in HUD Handbook 4240-4.

I'm an entrepreneur at heart (have already started a few businesses and taking my learning experiences from them).

I cannot read electrical diagrams for crap, so the instructions were useless.

I send the titlte company a sheet of instructions before the closing and ask for a HUD-1 214 hours in advance so I can start addressing problems before I get to the closing table.

The only thing that successful real estate entrepreneurs do better than anyone else is: Create a reliable, consistent flow of motivated sellers calling in each day!

Altogether, this is a very interesting letter and one that is written from a non-US point of view that I think you will find instructive.

Way too much to share in an email.)You are on the right track: First - I assume that you tell everyone you know that you are a successful real estate entrepreneur and that you get deals at almost 50 cents on the dollar and are always looking for people who want to make 9,10 or even 12% on their money.

In regards to Think and Grow Rich, it is a must read for any entrepreneur or dreamer type that's willing to work to their dreams!
