The more recent buyers (primary home owners and investors) are very high W2 income earners like software engineers and physicians.  

That cost is highly dependent on whether you're pulling permits and doing plans with full engineering, or just common sense building without permits, of course.

I feel with my Engineering and MBA background, this is something that really suits my skill-set and something I can sink my teeth into.
