I started with a SF, moved up to a duplex and now I'm planning to go bigger.

Hello,I’m located in Central Florida and currently house-hacking a new duplex.

I, like you run my firs duplex with the same culture of focusing on customer service.

I currently own just one property (a duplex) and it is owner-occupied, I live in one unit and my tenants rent the other unit from me.

Any help with this and/or links to samples that have been previously shared would be greatly appreciated.The rental unit is a condo.

SFD vs condo vs 2-4 unit, hold vs flip, turnkey vs rehab, passive vs active...it really comes down to each individual property/opportunity, what your goals with the property are, and if the numbers make sense or not.Best of luck!
