I had plumbing line scope with no issues.It needs to be updated for sure. 

Thats not the case in most states, the foreign registration is equal to or exceeds the cost to file a domestic entity.

The materials can always be cheap and there is not much to the house in terms of plumbing and electrical. 

All new electric, plumbing, HVAC, etc.

    - fire or burglar alarms    - underground tanks (active or inactive)    - knob & tube or aluminum wiring     - fuses5. what are the years that the Roof, Electrical, Heating, & Plumbing were last updated6.

I'd be looking at discounted homes built after 1960s to make any money and would have to be 60% of value which I just don't think exists anywhere right now at scale. not 100 year old homes boarded up with knob and tube wiring, old HVAC, cast iron plumbing, etc. might as well build. a house 

The developer insures almost everything for 5, 10, and 15 years (Appliances, roof, plumbing.....)Since it all brand new, the chances of something breaking, needing repairs, fixes....are slim.

However, items like plumbing and electric would very likely require permits and should be done by a professional

Is plumbing and electric all working properly? 

Will the HVAC or Plumbing jobs be the main source or will the other sources bring in most of the $1M?
