Does anyone use another method of goal setting or periodic review method?

In our trade, I would not expect any owner or GC to get this correct since our industry is extremely specialized.

Yes, there are bad areas and appreciation probably won't happen...but rents are not declining, there are great tenants if you screen correctly, and even the C neighborhoods generate great $.

Realtors listing is a great way to market it, Facebook is also an underutilized method.

You might want to start investigating methods for locating off-market opportunities that appeal to you.

You need to set a deadline for them to correct the issue, then follow up with an inspection or other method to confirm compliance.
