I had posted my comments to benefit others who may not have as much experience in wholesaling and wondered the same thing -- "why on earth would you ever need funding if you were just assigning it?"

I would be willing to do business with them again.My overall comment is that they are "Expensive But Worth It".Here's the story:  I wanted to buy a property which had serious bad paper After six months of negotiations with the various parties involved, they agreed to do the deal, on condition that I close in 7 days. 

My comments here are as to accounting, not legal advice. 

I've heard a couple people comment that they have had trouble getting applications filled out and received when using RentRedi application process.

I agree with the comments shared here.
